At Cole Haan Saudi Arabia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are included to maintain the product's integrity.

  Handover to Courier

  Our authorized courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
